How it started
It’s simple, with my family sitting around the dining room table with a home cooked meal.
When I turned 25 , I had what I thought was a quarter life crisis, the world was shut down and I became obsessed with pasta making. During this time, I now realize that my subconscious kicked in - how can I create, feed, and share joy through food? I started to realize just how lucky I was to be raised by a family that valued the importance of a home-cooked meal and sitting together at a table. In pursuit of this passion, I've journeyed to Italy, delved into culinary classes, engaged in local markets, and imparted my knowledge to others. However, beyond the array of recipes and diverse experiences, my fundamental desire remains steadfast - to facilitate and enable others to savor cherished meals around their dining tables with their loved ones.

To me, the dining table is the blueprint of a home. It’s the foundation, where it all started and where I always know to go, should any of the walls feel unsteady.
