Rediscovering Life's Richness through Pasta Making
At 25, the world had shut down and I experienced a profound self-reflection, leading me to discover a fascination for crafting pasta. This obsession unveiled a deeper desire to spread joy through food, influenced by my upbringing with home-cooked meals followed by joining together around the dining table. Venturing into Italy, I immersed myself in culinary wonder & wander. I participated in local markets, furthering my desire to guide others to take pleasure in meals with loved ones.
Each dough ball made and culinary exchange reinforced my commitment to creating a space where savoring a meal becomes a celebration of unity and love.
